Meeting Date and Location: Saturday, December 27th at 4pm, NW Tower Suite, Jobing.com Arena
Attendance: Heather Schroeder and Dave Horn lead the
meeting, which was attended by 21 members.

Agenda:
- Thank you to all volunteers!
- Toy drive was very successful
- 50/50 brought in $407
- Coyotes appreciate the help with giveaways
- Membership number - 323
- Don’t forget that you can earn 25 points for referring your friends to join! Just have them add your name to the application as the person who referred them.
- Rewards are here, so please check with us to see that you have gotten everything you have earned.
- Player photos have come in, so if you haven’t gotten yours please let us know
- Financial Update
- December beginning balance - $874.79
- Signed up for Costco membership - $55/year
- Had 7 jerseys lettered at Artcraft for auction - $322.73
- Collected $125 from members, club matched for a $250 donation to Hockey Fights Cancer in Wendy Nash’s memory.
- Final payment to Coyotes for Tickets For Kids donation - $625, total of $2500
- One silent auction ($140) paid by credit card, donation to Coyotes Charities so far is $960.
- Deposited $1590
- Balance as of today - $1190
- Will have a wooden carving for auction in January - beautiful piece autographed by team, coaches and broadcasters.
- Volunteer Update-
- Need volunteers for 1/6, 1/8, 1/10, 1/27, 1/31. Jess Chipley-Truedeau volunteered for the 12/31 game vs. Colorado
- 50/50 Raffle is 2/14 - will need at least 20 adult volunteers

- Buttons with player pictures will be coming soon. Club members agreed that the price should be $3 each or 2 for $5
- Team Bail Out ideas? Articles in ESPN and Canadian press always make the situation look so bad. Some sugggested that stock certificates be sold for a certain amount. They would have no real value but would be nice collector items with the proceeds going to the Coyotes.
- Questions ,comments, suggestions, ideas?
- Members suggested that we help the food banks since they will need more supplies once the holidays are over. A food drive was suggested and the idea will be taken up with the Coyotes.
- The points system was brought up because there is no high point prize. Suggestions were made to move the hats higher up and push the buttons and pens lower. One member suggested that once a certain point level was reached, those members were put in a drawing for a team autographed jersey or some other prize.
