Meeting Date and Location: Jobing.com Arena on 12/27/07 from 5:00 to 5:15 PM
Attendance: All four officers were on time and present for the entire board meeting. There is no current Treasurer on the board at this time.
Agenda:
- Treasurer position
- This meeting was to discuss the Treasurer position.
- All officers spoke with Jenn Harrison about her time commitments and dedication to the Booster Club.
- Dave Horn motioned to call a vote to elect Jen Harrison as the new Treasurer.
- Jaclyn Halliday seconded the motion, all in favor.
- Jenn Harrison is the newly elected Phoenix Coyotes Booster Club Treasurer.
The next Booster Club meeting is scheduled for 12/29/07 at 3:00 PM in the Jobing.com arena employee break room.
