Minutes

Meeting Date and Location: Jobing.com Arena on 12/27/07 from 5:00 to 5:15 PM

Attendance: All four officers were on time and present for the entire board meeting. There is no current Treasurer on the board at this time.

Agenda:

• Treasurer position

1. This meeting was to discuss the Treasurer position.
2. All officers spoke with Jenn Harrison about her time commitments and dedication to the Booster Club.
3. Dave Horn motioned to call a vote to elect Jen Harrison as the new Treasurer.
4. Jaclyn Halliday seconded the motion, all in favor.
5. Jenn Harrison is the newly elected Phoenix Coyotes Booster Club Treasurer.

The next Booster Club meeting is scheduled for 12/29/07 at 3:00 PM in the Jobing.com arena employee break room.
