Agenda:

The meeting agenda was presented by the Booster Club President, Heather Schroeder.

Items that were discussed:

The ticket pouches will be in Monday and can be given out at the Player Attendance on Monday at Jilly’s in Chandler and also at future games at the Booster Club table.
Pucks were discussed. 300 pucks will be ordered with the Booster Club logo on one side. This logo will be big enough for a player to sign across the logo. Cost will be approximately $700.00.
Light up necklaces have not been ordered by the Coyotes organization. The Club will order 500 necklaces from Serious Signs for $735 + tax and shipping costs. Both items can be paid COD. There is plenty of money in the account to cover the costs. This will be a great revenue maker for the Club.
We still need to get the remainder of the autographed pictures that were ordered from Don Schwartz and need to pay the $100 fee to the Coyotes Charities for the pictures.
We will contact Stacey directly for any future merchandise ordering that the Club does not do privately.
The next auction will be at the November 24th game. We will possible auction the draft camp jersey and a puck collection separately. This needs to be determined for fact before the game on the 24th.
Looking into the possibility of having game of chance for donations for smaller items. Possible something like the Drop the Puck game or a darts game for points.
The Club is trying to find something fun to do with Derek Morris that is not hockey related.

The next Club meeting is scheduled for 11/24/07 at 1:00 PM.
