Phoenix Coyotes Booster Club Membership Meeting

- Welcome
- Welcome new members
- Bill Daly and Frank Brown from the NHL have joined
- We are currently at 182 members, with quite a few
renewing very soon!
- Thank you for your positivity this summer
- We will have a guest today Jeff Morander NHL VP of
Ticketing
- Pending wish list with the Coyotes for a lot of
marketing/advertising options, including sponsored player
- Birthday cards
- Membership materials
- Membership rewards
- We will be ordering new t-shirts as soon as we have the
budget for it, short sleeve gray. You can wait for a new one
or get one of the existing long sleeve white ones.
- Officers Update
- VP Volunteers
- Treasurer season ticket donations $2683
- Fund Raising
- 50/50 on April 3rd
- We will fill in if any charities are not able to fulfill
commitment
- Silent auctions jerseys, sticks, pucks

- New idea sell posters outside to let people make their
own signs. We can get 100 for about $50. We will charge $1
or $2, what do you think is the best price?

- Adults - $35
- Children (12 and under) - $25
- (Save $5! Adults just $30 and Children just $20 if
you register online by midnight September 27, 2009, so
register early!)
- Day of Event
- Adults - $40
- Children (12 and under) - $30
- No pets allowed. The course travels through The
Phoenix Zoo. Registered participants will receive
re-entry into The Phoenix Zoo following the Walk.
- Welcome Back WhiteOut
- Tickets still available for the upper bowl, lower bowl
is mostly sold out!
- We need volunteers to hand out the t-shirts and
pom-poms. You will have to arrive early, and work until the
end of the first intermission
- You will get a free ticket for volunteering. If you
already have a ticket, they will give you a ticket for a
future game in compensation
- Application mailing
- Apps will be included with the parking permits next week
- If you can bring your application back to us when you
get yours, it will help us to save a little bit of money
- Or you can pass it along to a friend
- New additional charity contributions
- We should pick another local charity to help
- One option could be St. Vincent de Paul (Ryan Narramore
works there)
- Each month or every 6 weeks we could collect items at
the arena food, blankets, water etc.
- Work with SVdP and Coyotes Charities to do it all in the
press as a combined effort at the arena
