The meeting agenda was presented by the Booster Club President, Heather Schroeder.
- The Coyotes released the game schedule, so we can decide our
events for the season
- There is one month where we won't have a meeting because we would end up having meetings two weeks in a row
- We only set the auction schedule for the first few
months, just because we aren't really sure what inventory we
will have later on in the season
- We will have a team jersey, an Ovechkin jersey, a pink jersey, a Mueller bobblehead, a Ballard stick and puck in the first two months
- We set dates for two tailgates - the first preseason game and the Sunday 6pm start game in November. We will buy the food and have the members pay us $5 each to cover the cost of the food.
- We paid $250 for the ability to schedule some group ticket nights, which will be refunded to us as we purchase the tickets
- There are a few opportunities for road trips, like the second weekend of the season we can go to Prescott to see the Sundogs raise their championship banner. There are a couple of weekends available to go to LA or Anaheim, and one weekend to San Antonio
- We got a really long list of suggestions for newsletter
names from the members
- We reviewed the long list and came up with our top 5 favorites to send back out to the members to pick their favorite from the short list
- Heather is going to the NHLBC convention in Chicago next
week
- We will be hosting the hospitality room on Friday night from 11pm to 1am
- Heather shipped the PCBC sign and other items for silent auction and sale to the hotel to avoid having to carry it on the plane
- There is a bobblehead, a team autographed jersey, an autographed photo of Shane Doan and one of Daniel Carcillo, along with all of our pins, team photos, necklaces and other items for sale to bring in some money
