Minutes
Meeting Date and Location: Jobing.com Arena 03/13/08 at 5:30 - 6:00PM
Attendance: All five officers were present for the entire meeting.

- The start time for our annual meeting must be changed due to a Season Ticket Holder event scheduled by the Coyotes for the same date. The Hanson Brothers will be at the arena for STH from 4-5pm. Our meeting start time will change to 2:30 to allow members to make it to the signing on time.
- The Carcillo family has been added to Daniel's grandfather's account. This brings them up to 8, which is beyond our normal family size. Because they are located in Toronto, the board agreed that adding them all to the family is an acceptable exception.
- There was some question regarding compensation and recognition for the board. Our bylaws prevent us from receiving compensation for our positions, however, it is possible for us to receive recognition for a job well done. This will be discussed with the Coyotes as an opportunity for next year.
- There was concern from Jaclyn regarding edits made to the minutes she submitted for posting on the website. Some changes have been made in order to accurately document issues that were not completely explained. Other typos have also been corrected, such as the use of the term "Coyote" rather that Coyotes. When referencing the team, it is ALWAYS Coyotes, never a singular version. Heather apologized for not discussing the changes with Jaclyn before posting them to the site.
- There were other concerns regarding the handling of communication with the board and some decisions that appeared to have been made without the full board's agreement. Heather apologized again, and explained that this is her first management position, and she requests feedback and suggestions in order to get more experience and become a better manager / president.
- The meeting ended with Jaclyn verbally resigning her position prior to her announced date of 3/22. The resignation was verbally accepted by Heather in the presence of the rest of the board.
The next Booster Club meeting is scheduled for 03/22/08 at 3:00 PM in a Jobing.com arena Tower Suite
