The Phoenix Coyotes Booster Club members function as representatives of the Phoenix Coyotes Hockey Club.  It is important that all members behave in a manner that does not infringe on the reputation of the Phoenix Coyotes, San Antonio Rampage, Arizona SunDogs, Las Vegas Wranglers any of the  players or employees of the teams and arenas.

The following code of conduct should be followed at all times.

No one within the Phoenix Coyotes Booster Club (PCBC) shall take unfair or inappropriate advantage of another member of the PCBC or its affiliations.  From time to time, we can offer opportunities to promote members' personal businesses for the purposes of increasing sales.

No member of the PCBC shall use club funds for personal gain.

General members of the PCBC may not act as a spokesperson for the club or the hockey team.  If any member of the PCBC is approached by a member of the media, they should immediately contact a board member to act as spokesperson who will also contact the appropriate member of Phoenix Coyotes hockey team. On occasion, a member of the media may ask to interview members for a fan's perspective. The board may provide your name as a possible contact for the media.  You can choose whether or not to speak with them.

No member of the PCBC shall act in a way deemed slanderous, libelous or lascivious toward another member of the PCBC; players or staff members of the Phoenix Coyotes; players or staff members of the San Antonio Rampage minor league hockey team; players or staff of the Arizona Sun Dog minor league hockey team; players or staff of the Las Vegas Wranglers minor league hockey team, or any affiliated organizations.

No member of the PCBC shall follow, harass or stalk another member of the PCBC; players or staff members of the Phoenix Coyotes; players or staff members of the San Antonio Rampage minor league hockey team; players or staff members of the Arizona Sundogs minor league hockey team; players or staff members of the Las Vegas Wranglers minor league hockey team.  Members must respect the personal privacy of players and the families, staff and their families, arena employees and the families as well as league officials and their families.

The PCBC is meant to support the Phoenix Coyotes organization, and is endorsed by the team. If the conduct of any Booster Club member is determined to be of a disruptive nature, the Phoenix Coyotes and/or the board of the PCBC have the right to request that a Booster Club member not attend any future events.

The Booster Club members may also request that a fellow member not attend any future events due to disruptive behavior.

Any member may be asked to forfeit membership by the Board at any time. If for any reason the Board or the Phoenix Coyotes organization determines a member has a detrimental affect on the club, they will be asked to forfeit membership.  Members may be asked to remove any Booster Club ID that is provided to them.

In the event a member is asked to forfeit membership, dues will not be refunded.
